Return Policy for Online Digital Training Programme

Right to Return Within 14 Days of Delivery

 

At The Wedding Photography Mentor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our online digital training programme. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the programme, you have the right to request a return and refund within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

Eligibility for Return:

The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the programme.

To be eligible for a return, you must not have completed more than 20% of the programme content. Access to the programme may be restricted during the return review process.

 

How to Request a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at fiona@fionaelizabethphotography.com  with your order number and reason for the return.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide instructions on how to proceed.

 

Refund Process:

If your return request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

The refund will be made using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Any downloadable materials or content that have been accessed or downloaded are non-refundable. Returns are not available for programmes that have been fully completed or where significant progress has been made.

 

Exclusions:

This return policy does not apply to promotional or discounted programmes unless otherwise stated.  Customised or personalised training programmes are non-refundable.

 

Modification of Policy

The Wedding Photography Mentor  reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
